The Rev. Carolyn Ballinger
Mother Carolyn resides in Ulysses and serves as the Vicar of the Southwest. Mother Carolyn is a retired school phycologist and she serves St. John's in Ulysses and St. Thomas in Garden City. Mother Carolyn is the current Vice President of the Diocesan Council.
The Rev. Mark Cowell
Father Mark resides in Larned and serves Saints Mary and Martha in Larned and Holy Nativity in Kinsley. Father Mark was recently elected as the Sixth Bishop of the Diocese of Western Kansas.
The Rev. Karen Lemon
Mother Karen lives in Pratt with her husband John and serves All Saints Church in Pratt. Mother Karen also is the current President of the Commission on Ministry. She is also a member of the Standing Committee.
The Rev. Randy McIntosh
Father Randy serves Incarnation Church in Salina. He is also the Chaplain at St, John's Military School. Father Randy has attended past Conventions in 2012 and 2015.
Mrs. Julie Cowell
Julie is married to Mark and they have three children, Gabriel, Cathleen and Gryffin. Julie is a District Magistrate Judge in Larned. Julie attends Saints Mary and Martha in Larned and is currently the Diocesan Chancellor.
Mrs. Sally Russell
Sally lives in Hutchinson and is a member of Grace Church. She is retired from Grace where she was a Parish Administrator. Sally currently serves on the Standing Committee. She has attended many General Conventions in the past. She has one son and a grandson.
Mrs. Pam Smith
Pam lives in Salina with her husband Harry and they are members of Christ Cathedral. Pam has been to Conventions in 2000 and 2015. Pam and Harry have three daughters and six grandchildren.
Ms. Harvetta Von Fange
Harvetta attends Christ Cathedral in Salina. She is a retired teacher. This will be Harvetta's first experience as a Deputy to General Convention.

Mrs. Patti Wamsley
Patti has served for many years as the Diocesan and Province DOK rep to their triennial which is held prior to the General Convention. Patti is a member of Grace Church in Hutchinson. She is married to her husband Mike and has two children and two grandchildren.
Episcopal Church Women
Lana Mederos
Ms. Lana Mederos will represent the ECW for the Diocese at the Triennial at General Convention. Lana attended Grace Church in Hutchinson. She has recently moved to Texas to be closer to her three daughters and grandson. She will step down as the Diocesan ECW after General Convention.
